Brusite respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same. This policy outlines how we handle intellectual property claims.
1. Reporting Infringement
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by a listing or content on Brusite, please submit a report to hello@brusite.com with the following information:
- Your full name, contact information, and relationship to the rights holder.
- A description of the intellectual property you believe is being infringed.
- The URL(s) or listing ID(s) of the infringing content on Brusite.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Our Response Process
- We will acknowledge your report within 2 business days.
- We will investigate and, if the claim is valid, remove or disable the infringing content promptly.
- We will notify the seller whose listing was removed and provide them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.
3. Counter-Notice
If you are a seller whose listing was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to hello@brusite.com explaining why the content does not infringe.
4. Repeat Offenders
Brusite maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat intellectual property offenders.
5. Brusite’s Own IP
The Brusite name, logo, website design, software, and original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
