1. How Shipping Works on Brusite
Brusite uses a warehouse-and-forward model:
- Sellers ship products to our Brunei warehouse.
- We inspect items for quality and accuracy.
- Items are consolidated, packaged, and shipped internationally to your address.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to 150+ countries and territories worldwide. Some remote areas may have limited carrier options or longer delivery times.
3. Shipping Rates
- Rates are calculated based on destination country, package weight, and dimensions.
- Exact shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, and carrier conditions.
5. Order Processing
- Seller processing: 1–3 business days after order placement.
- Warehouse inspection: 1–2 business days after items arrive at our warehouse.
- International dispatch: Items are shipped within 1 business day after passing inspection.
6. Tracking
- All international shipments include tracking numbers.
- Tracking information is available in your My Orders page.
- You will receive email notifications at key milestones (shipped, in transit, delivered).
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Important: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are NOT included in the Brusite shipping fee.
- Brusite has no control over customs policies or charges.
- Brusite is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- Items seized or destroyed by customs are not eligible for refund (see our Refund Policy).
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, file a claim through My Orders within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- If your package arrives damaged, take photos and file a claim within 7 days of delivery.

9. Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or uncollected parcels will be held for 30 days. We will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional fees apply). After 30 days, unclaimed packages may be disposed of.
